HOT Wheels!

You may have thought of being taken away from your wedding ceremony in a horse-drawn carriage. Perhaps a vintage convertible. Or even a hot air balloon. But what about Barbie's Dream Car? Wouldn't that be sweet? This car is so cool. Okay, I know, probably not going to happen. But until a few days ago I didn't even know this little hot pink beauty existed. When I found it, I had to share. (I will own one of these one day!) And I also just wanted a hot pink VW on my blog! :)

Fun, Fresh, Creative...

Hello and welcome to That's Inviting's blog! That's Inviting! is a small studio located just outside Burlington, Vermont. But it is really the creative outlet for me - Kate Youlen - to indulge my paper passion. I LOVE paper - all kinds of paper. I love buying paper. I love smelling paper. I love just looking at paper. Even if I don't know what to do with it, I buy it. So when my friends and family started getting married I thought - ah hah! Why don't I create their wedding invitations and use all of this great paper that I have?! Then I can buy more! :) I really am an addict. And so That's Inviting! was born.

I've been designing invitations for couples for a few years and love getting to know each of them. Everyone has such a unique style that it's not only a challenge but a privilege to work with them. I like to say that I design fun, fresh, creative stationery and invitations. I really love what I do!

With this blog I plan to bring new trends in wedding stationery, fun ideas, and my newest paper finds. If you're a "paperholic" like me, you'll love it! I'll answer questions and let you know what's going on in our little studio up here in Vermont.
